Return Shipping

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will evaluate the case and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.
Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund.
