Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours (1 business day) after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 6 to 9 business days, depending on your location.

Please note:

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delivery times may vary due to destination country, customs processing, and local carrier operations.

  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Carrier Delays & Liability

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is under the responsibility of the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Customs delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

If you experience a delay, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

However, if your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at contactozazgames@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please verify your address.

  • Check with neighbors or your local postal office.

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.

We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
